Do I need an appointment to pick up or deliver?

Yes, Sodus is an appointment driven warehouse. To better serve all of our customers and not delay any trucks, we require that carriers call for an appointment time at least 24 hours in advance.

Are there weekend hours available?

Special accommodations can be made through our warehouse manager, please call for details.

What kind of reporting can I expect to receive?

Reports can be emailed to you on demand or on a routine schedule of your choosing.

Options may include, but are not limited to: Month-end stock status, stock status by product group, aged stock status, transaction detail, lot history.
